Hi Guys!
I had a T-rex 600 ESP with Aerodyne AS 350 Fuselage (with 2 blade FBL); now i've changed fuse and i put on a 5 Blade head with 5 Blades (600 mm x 40 mm) on a MD 500 Aerodyne fuse.

This is my actual setup:
Align 1220 Kv motor (650L)
ICE Castle Creation 80H (80A) cooled with a separated fan
LIPO 6S 5000 Mah 20-30C
2 blade 93 mm on tail
5 blade head
5 blades semi simmetrical 600 mm (4 mm large)

Yesterday the first test with the 5 Blade and with governored 1600 RPM; results? ESC, motor and battery warm and the flight time is now 3-4 min (before, with 2 blades setup was 7 min!!). What is happening? Can anyone help me please? Tks in advance...

Just a thought here, More rotating mass = less flying time.

What is the weight of the new Fuse?

5,5 kg.
I'would try the Spinblades scale 600mm and fly with 1750 RPM. Till now I flew with those http://www.scaleflying.com/Semi-Sym...f-5_p_1299.html but they are plastic and not so hard....
