After seeing some videos and swashplate geometry I decided to buy one.

YES !

This helicopter flies true, is agile, does not need big motor and is predicable.

Very good geometry
Very fast setup
Servo horns are excellent idea ZERO sub trims.
Pre calibrated links !
Relatively precise parts make setup easier.
Quality is between Gaui X7 and Jr Vibe 3D

Some areas would need improvements but that's me.

- Old style tail control mechanism. work well tough.
- a bit narrow frame but I guess that's part of light weight.
- No Jr style internal braces. The designer somewhat overlook some stress paths. I suspect that the pinion move a bit sideway but I cannot hear it. I have seen some telltale wear on pinion shaft. I plan to make some braces and I will report back.
- Landing gear is brittle plastic.
- Radio tray could be improved.

Low power for todays standards but plenty enough for me.
12S 5000mAh
1912-1.5Y + 12T pinion
BLS153
BLS251
690 mm Radix (non FBL)
GY750
Jive 80HV

4.7kg AUW
6-7 minutes sport 3D flights (more like 7 min after re-charging 2 last flight batteries. I fly ''low'' head speed around 1850-1900rpm. I have to tach it)

Glad to hear it. I've got mine coming.

BTW, why did you decide to go with non-FBL blades?

It's more nimble and used less power in manoeuvres.
Plenty stable with GY750.
This offer longer flight time too maybe 1 minute max.

It's not as rock solid in FFF but not twitchy either.

Auto are not as good.

Just a preference.

Thanks.

I'm thinking of going with the Helix blades and HC3SX. May have to wait until the holidays until I get my "secret" gifts from the Mrs.
Gotta justify it somehow.

Be building mine within next few weeks. Being it is officially winter here though may take some time to actually "try it out"

...Once upon a time there were Nitros, flybars and frequency pins...
