If you are running a YS 91sr or newer the 8.18 is the better gear ratio. Ratio 8.45 was the ratio we used for the YS 91st.

appreciate this is an old thread.

But I have just bought a Stratus using the 8.18 ratio, I want to run my YS91SRS, Do I need the YS engine carbon base plate adapter which comes in 2 parts ?

Reason I ask is no where seems to have them..
