So, is there anywhere on an electric heli where you would NOT want to mount the sensor?
I mean, within reason, any fixed, horizontal platform should be ok, right?
Any sensitivity to emf or rf interference from esc, bec, bearings, etc,?

Thanks for the input!

I think on an electric heli you can put it anywhere you want......As you stated "within reason". I have not heard of any problems with electrical interfearence.

Just try to stay from high vibe areas like above the TT assembly on Align helis. No electrical issues unless you try and create one with bad wiring and connections...

I would assume there is some minimum distance that you would possibly want between the sensor and servos. There might also be a margin required putting too close the ESC as well.

I guess as far away as possibly from those items.
