Bad luck. Maaaan it sux. Tail servo went out in 50 yesterday and today I wiped out swift 550 this evening. Hey at least I trimmed the tree! any way. Two heli in two days is not a good pattern. Think I will put the heli down for a while. Y'all fly safe .

There is no such thing as up, it's all out...

Sorry to hear, they tend to go down sometimes, nothing we can do. Maybe put your two on the back burner for a spell, work on getting them fixed. Have you got any small birds? cpx, mcpx, always good to have a micro to play with that will take a beating and still be flyable. Till the big birds are repaired.

Done that many times. Many times.

Four rebuilds in a weekend were not unheard of in my earlier days. Crashing a fresh rebuild during the test flight is always frustrating, too, especially on a 90. Oh, the pain!!

Yeah, I've been trimming trees at our field lately too...I hope those trees find someone else to pick on.

Oh yeah, NQNA - no bet!

Don't feel bad. A friend, who will remain nameless, brought two helis to the field and crashed three times . Try to figure that one out.

Do crashes in the back of the minivan while driving to the field count? How about helis falling from storage onto another heli below? Those memories still hurt.

and THAT, is why im glad I have no flybars. Even walking with the thing BANG into a door frame, or a friend lifts it from the fb.... Brand new canopy cracked because the heli fell off the picnic table due to wind. ( It was in its bag)

Crashed my blade 300x a mess of times this summer. On the second flight after fixing one crash a servo went bad and crashed again. You just have to fix it and keep pounding away at things.

I once thaught if I had Multiples of each Heli I would fly all weekend if I crashed one . It always Allmost didnt work out that way , I'd crash one and I guess still thinking of first crash I would put in another then another . Went home with many crashed then mad I had to fix more than one . Now one Heli and quit while I'm ahead .

I stole it ,flew it and gave it back ;)

McKrackin it was almost a "threes". Took the Radikal out and flew around and has to land something was just not right. Engine was out if alignment and causing the starter shaft to bind up and, also the clutch was remaining engaged. Could have been bad. No crash on this one but it did come in threes. I am not repairing the electric one (swift), and the other I haven't found parts for yet. It's a k3d and it's old so two places I have called don't stock the parts anymore. So, looks like I will replace the 50 and junk the swift. No worries, I have 8 more heli to fly.

There is no such thing as up, it's all out...
