Hi,

I am installing Zenmuse H3-2D. After connecting wire as per instruction, I update firmware for the GCU (V1.4), IMU (V1.2), and CMU (1.0). The NAZA V2 (V4.2).

I did not put the Go Pro camera the gimble holder. Turn ON the Tx, connect the battery. After a few seconds, the Zenmuse gimble vibrates at very high frequency (axis that hold the camera with the camera holder), the exis that balance the camera (horizontal) does not work at all.

I opened and check all thre wire, look at the PMU I see the green light turn on & off look likes it work properly.

I am not sure, what is wrong. Both gimbal and Phantom are brand new. Can anyone help.

Thanks,

I don't own one, but isn't the gimbal pre-balanced for the GoPro? Did you try with the GoPro installed yet?

Agreed. You need the camera on the gimbal if you're going to power it on.

Joel,

I am still waiting for the Go Pro camera. But I think, the gimble should balance itself even there is no Go Pro.

Thanks

Saigon-Heli,

The mount does not balance without the camera, and the manual tells you not to power it up without the camera attached.

I agree with Joel, I set a few up while in Hawaii .. They must have the GoPro in place.
