I'm running the Pro software and I have a slight wag in the tail on my Trex 600E DFC. Since it is not your standard hard over gain wag, does it need more or less gain? Also with the Pro software it seems you can only use the computer to adjust the gain... It that true?

The tail gain is currently set on the Logo600,500 90 slider position.

You can have gain on the radio if you don't use bank switching. I did that initially before I got the vbar app to establish my tail gain at the field. Then I entered that value when I set up my banks.

I think I read somewhere to try playing with the integrator (I gain) for a small wag that doesn't come from to high a P gain. I'm about to test that out myself.

Thanks Wabbit.. I'll look into the bank switching feature.. Too bad they don't have a bit more documentation to review..

I did reduce the main gyro gain 2% and the wag is gone.. Just breaking in batteries on this 600..

Ok.. I see that the banks allow multiple setups just like the MSHeli Brain units.. Now I just need to figure out transmitter gain adjustment.

I may be wrong but you can't do gyro adjustment and bank switching at the same time.

Bank switching is great. High rpm stick banging to low rpm slow D.

I was able to play with the integrator a bit today. I just fiddled with bank 2 then switched between 2 nearly identical banks to see the difference. In my case, upping the I gain caused the occasional wag to speed up.

There was another thread mentioning that adjusting the gov gain may help. In my case, I'll try that next. The occasional wag is only noticeable up close (as I care to get).

MrMel's videos are invaluable to get the most out of the vbar.

Ya I just fiddled with that more.. It is either or.. Right now I just setup 3 different gains on different banks to have some selections to try.

I always liked the 3 flightmodes with the Brain unit.. So I'll have to play with multiple setups with the V-Bar.

I have always just used the Express version so the Pro has a lot more features.

I still have the slight wag problem..

I have reduced the I gain to 70 but that has not reduced it at all.

Here are my settings.
Main gain 90
Acc 60
P 75
I 75
Stop AB 20
Coll 10
Cyclic 3

Any ideas?
