The Obama administration will delay enforcement of the Affordable Care Act’s health insurance mandate, extending how long Americans may go uninsured before facing a penalty under the law, MarketWatch has learned.

http://www.marketwatch.com/story/ob...ome_latest_news

Of course, they are saying the enforcement will be delayed...but to the person not wanting to sign up or be fined, this is the same as a delay.

But millions have lost their insurance and now need coverage. They can try to get coverage but most will find their rates increased, not a $2500 decrease like Obama promised. Obama thinks this is funny.

If delay is handed down...it is only for a few weeks to a few months at most. Keep in mind the senators pushing this are up for re-election in democrat grounds.

That's possible.

But, they will still have to deal with approx 18 million policy holders getting cancelations on existing health care policies and premium prices going up. In some cases significantly for less coverage and much higher deductibles and co pays. Those will be loud voices and a fair portion of them are democrats.

With all that the repubs have tried to do in the house to stop this thing or delay it, the dems own it 100%.

Had Obama been gracious and agreed to a one year delay (for the sake of bipartisanship), he would have helped out his Democratic Senators and put the Republicans in the back seat.

Because Obama was stuck on "my way or the highway", he has put his own Democrats in harm's way and exposed the flawed system.

People who are now without any kind of insurance are starting to recall Obama's promise allowing them to keep their present insurance...and they will take it out on the Senators!

Lets hope so. They all got it coming to them.

But, it's not over. This society has changed and still wants the "Free Sh#t".

Never forget that. It's still going to be a tough fight.

If people actually take it out on the elected officials and make both house and senate super majority. A Super majority means they can over ride a Presidential veto and repeal ObamaCare.

Impeachment ? Leader's in the Nation on All Level's should have dealt with the situation during the 1st Term Pre - Nomination political process over 5 year's ago.

Remember NOTHING - Everything was directed at Hillary -

It was Common Knowledge : The Liberal PC world did not want to address it or acknowledge it. Conservatives tossed every thing they had on all media front's/ Non -Stop

3 Year's too GO and they will Not Impeach

Recently - some how attached to a recent bill, some thing called a Special Executive Privilege was attached and passed - Not quite sure how that work's or where it is buried - a surprise of some sort.

Obama delayed it. No repelican has the ability to do that.

The program itself is a failure. It does not reduce cost.

You remember all the times obama said it will save the average family 2500 $? Have you noticed he does not say that anymore?

Yup that is not a good option either... but I would be a lot happier if obozo was booted back to being a worthess comunity organ.

While I do understand the thoughts behind most of his failed plans, the execution is where the problems lay. I think the better approach would have been for the government to not get into the health care business, but rather form a regulatory committee involving people that actually know what the hell they are doing to over see it. This is just another failure. And it is never too late to stop the ACA, laws can be repealed. This law is going to hurt many, many more people than it helps.

The world is yours!

Yes, laws can be repealed.

But, are they?

There is not one single large government program that has been repealed.

Yet.

I choose to remain hopeful on this one, because if I remain hopeful that the ACA actually does what it was originally said it would, I'll die waiting for a leprechaun riding a unicorn!

Well it helps the freeloading moochers who vote Dem, kills the average American who tend to vote Rep and of course, has no effect on the rich...and who knows how they vote.
