If you take away the 200 bucks the T18MZ has all that.

Hmm...

- Plug and play telemetry with any ESC that provides telemetry

- 100% flybarless setup via the transmitter. With the now established availability of a back channel (telemetry), this should not be all that difficult to implement.

A built-in 30" HDTV monitor with hood that weighed under 2lbs and I'd be there with the credit card when they opened in the morning.....

I'd like to see a spec developed for a standard interface for wireless remote device programming. This way, I wouldn't have a draw full of programming adapters and cables.

I'll give it up if I get 5 Free : 3 for me - two to put in the field too test with some Helli buddies and they get to keep em .

Stupid Easy Simple - Surprised they haven't tripped over it by error.
Cultural Idiocy : They would sell like M& M's

I'm waiting for Futaba to send a Handshake and a wink - Face On

Most likely nothing mechanical either

The I WISH feature :

I would like to have a transmitter that includes firmware that implements an API to read the raw hardware, and open-source software in a high-level language (C, Javascript, Lua?) that implements that functionality.

That way, we can really add or fix the features we want. I can finally program a "do a piro-flip" switch. Or my favorite "crack fly" switch.

A Transmitter that can teach anyone to fly. Just hold the sticks and it does the rest.

The above, with the ability to load a customized interface from the device maker. Kinda like the V bar app for Android.
