Eury you can try and create deception all you want with your post that fine the bottom line the starter of the thread has not come back with any info at all,

I asked for log none have shown up so how can I help, I cant call CC and say hey help this guy he needs to go to CC and talk to them and they will ask for the logs also then at that point CC will make their mind up on how they will handle this matter.

But you feel coming out and jumping up and down about is going to help his case or that you can push us into a corner.

At the end of the day its all falls on the end user to make sure he done the right thing as for setup if that person is not sure thats why these forums are here to ask for help

Also align does not post anywhere on how to setup the CC in there manuals so i am not sure where you are going with that statement
We've really gone downhill from the days of Jeff Green at Hirobo
ya and look where there at today

I will also add i have gone and looked at his profile his topics and post are all about selling and buying a few items, Now he blames Cc for his problems and is getting out of the hobby and selling all of his stuff

Wow... just a wee bit defensive there, Dino? The OP may not have posted any more questions, but why would he want to with the stance you've taken right out of the gate? Your first two posts were both accusing the OP of using a motor that didn't come in the kit and then you tell him that there's no problem with 12S. Awesome customer service, right there.

He left a long time ago (long before they became less prolific), but it's great to know that you think attacking your customers and providing poor service is the key to growth.

Yes I am its just ridiculous that people cant own up at times, the bottom line is should I sit on the side line and let a thread run wild sorry will not. And yes I question everything.

There are thousands of 120 out there with the 800mx no issues. so someone has a fire out of the gate he blames cc no info to back it up thats the bottom line provide the logs

But Dino, I thought you had no responsibility with the ESCs that you pack in the kits?
we dont handle the CC warranty.
I asked for log none have shown up so how can I help, I cant call CC and say hey help this guy he needs to go to CC and talk to them and they will ask for the logs also then at that point CC will make their mind up on how they will handle this matter.

So which is it? Do you have a responsibility to support the ESC you put in the box or not? If no, then do you just come here to crap on your customer?
First off dragging Jeff Green into this is way out of line I know him more than 12yrs and i know why also so if you want to play this game we can
No one dragged Jeff Green into this. I said that it is a shame that your support is so poor compared to the stellar example set by him. It's good that you've known him for so long, perhaps you could call and ask him to explain how to properly support a customer.

What do you want me to say? For the first time you didn't insult your customer. Asking for logs is perfectly reasonable, aside for the difficulty of obtaining them from a piece of charcoal. It's a shame that you started out differently.

Where did I deny bringing up the stellar service that Jeff Green provided over the years? The man is incredible and an asset to any company that he works for. I said you should look to him for how to do your job, because your support is lacking.

the logs where asked for a few post back and yes i stood my ground before that and did man up and said i made a mistake on the motor,

Again nothing so whats the deal i should have to beg someone for the info.

you are missing a big point he had to setup the motor in the esc software and update it, this will show me what i need to look at. Or did he just go out and flying.

i am not look for the flight log i need the setup log first and if he has the flight log great i can look and see there was a problem there also

Eury you are way off the mark i have help many people this case here just jumps out when some cries fire and there is no data

and the fact you and i are going at like shows me that the poster was trolling also just to create more smoke

Why are we fighting over a castle creations fire? We all know these things like to blow up. Customer right or wrong: Align, you packed the esc in your kit and you are responsible for it.

Want to provide stellar customer support?!? replace everything smoked.

Want to provide reasonable customer support? replace the esc or direct him to someone that can

Want to piss everyone off? Insult the customer.

The best customer service I received has come from PM's by the manufacturer saying, we will take care of you. All done quietly without a cat fight on the internet.

do the right thing, whatever you think that might be...

P.s. The right thing is not fighting about it over the internet

Well, that is exactly what the OP did, when the pre-packaged setup went up with a fire failure mode.

And reading the tone of your comments on this thread, I am very disappointed. It reflects poorly on Align. You should read how some of the questions about Helicommand are handled by their support people.

@Dino...the ESC was set up correctly the first time. I have been doing this for quite sometime. There won't be anymore set up. I am done with this hobby and will be selling it to whoever offers the best price.

Furthermore, I am not trolling. This happened Sunday. After this fire, I have completely lost interest in the hobby and am getting out. First it was Blade products, now this. I have had enough.

Don't feel too bad AV80R. You're not alone. A CC Ice HV80 burned up my Logo 600 a few a months ago. No need to leave the hobby though. Just get better equipment next time.

I had my caslte Ice 50 catch fire to but was my own fault,I know now that I was overloading the bec section. Some of these fires are user caused but blamed on Caslte.Tough spot to be in for a manufacturer, and provide great customer satisfaction .Sounds like they took care of the esc part.

I'd rather be flying!
