it's all BS. I read today that Russia wanted to send some folks to talk to the congress and vice versa. Boehner shot them down.
What are we??? 5 year old children??? This whole thing just goes to show what a waste the UN is. Our hands are just as dirty as any other country on the planet.

What's changed?...It's gotten worse. Washington has gone into total corruption. The corruption has steadily increased over the years and now it has reached critical mass.

The Obama administration has stated the Syrian attack has nothing to do with a regime change. This proposed attack is for the US's national security.

National security???...really??? Syria is a serious threat to the US???

How is Syria a national security issue for the US??? For the life of me, I can't figure that out.

The idiots in DC aren't thinking this thing completely through. What do we win by attacking Syria. Here's what may happen:

Americans and allies are killed.
More Syrians are killed.
Assad is killed.
The ME is in more of a turmoil causing oil prices to go up.
Russia and China warships are now nervous and that is not good.

There's very little upside to this and a whole lot of bad can happen.

It's a matter of trust.

59% of the American people do not trust the Obummer and his pals. With the backing of the Muslim brotherhood in Egypt and the aftermath of that and taking into account the Obummer's own words, he sucks at foreign policy as bad as he sucks at domestic policy.

Liberty once lost, is lost forever.

Dennis
It's a matter of trust.
U.S. figure for casualties in Syria attack much higher than others'
WASHINGTON — The death toll given by the Obama administration for an alleged Syrian chemical weapons attack is far higher than confirmed counts of two key allies and a main activist group, which said it was shocked by the U.S. figure.

In pressing Congress to authorize a military strike against Syria, the administration has asserted that the government of President Bashar Assad killed 1,429 people, including at least 426 children, in an Aug. 21 attack on the suburbs of Damascus.

But Britain and France have cited far lower numbers of confirmed deaths, raising questions about the intelligence the White House is using to make its case to launch missile strikes against Syria.

U.S. officials say they can't disclose how they derived their figure without compromising intelligence, but they say it is based on a variety of sources and they stand by it.

Like you said Dennis, It's a matter of trust, and nobody can trust Obama.

What's changed ??? Both sides of the conflict in theater now have access to WMD's and maybe other - and mountain's of brass.

Kadifie's ware houses had lot of pretty technical shoulder S/A's courtesy of USSR & IRAN. Who else knows - maybe a selection of special purpose mines. Then Syria's massive warehouses again USSR & IRAN

It's all loose - Even a vacuum thermos bottle would be adequate.
Then the modern and technical.

Crap is most likely " Assumption" migrating all over the place.

I think Obie is going to do it anyway. We're talking impeachment fellas. Even the Libtard talking heads are saying it.
The real upshot???? We may be able to take back the Senate. They jumped the shark on this one.

Indeed. WW1 was started over much less than this.

Pearl Harbour was a ''limited military strike'' with ''no boots on the ground.''

You want want to check the books on how much oil we get from Libya.

You do know that the amount of oil we get from Libya is very small, right? We get the majority of our oil from Canada and Mexico. About 50 percent of our petroleum imports are from countries in the Western Hemisphere, with 19 percent from the Persian Gulf, and 18 percent from Africa and 13 percent from other regions.

Top 10 places we get our oil from:
1. Canada
2. Mexico
3. Saudi Arabia
4. Venezuela
5. Nigeria
6. Angola
7. Iraq
8. Algeria
9. United Kingdom
10. Brazil

I love conspiracy theories, it gives me something to laugh about every single day. And I get plenty of laughs from both sides, but mostly from the right.

This implies that we would invade/attack oil producing countries so that US (and UK etc) citizens end up with the oil.

Oil companies do not exist in order to supply any particular country with oil, excepting state-owned or part-owned companies such as those in China and Norway.

Dude....you're smarter than this. Soros' oil interests aren't with the US, they're with Europe and South America. Syria doesn't produce crap for us (neither do most ME countries). That oil goes to Europe, where Soros is one of THE major players. That's what honks us off. We've got a guy with his junk up our presidents exhaust pipe and he's not even American.

Lets hope that during the G20 conference, Putin gets up and walks over to Obama and punches him. It's just the sort of thing Putin would do.
