reduce your pitch
you hit the temp cut off on your esc

or try a bigger esc or heat sink

Your setting look ok, i would use 12 pwm not 8, aslo might want to lower your governor gain some. Looking at the video, you where not push to model hard. So over heating is being cause by something else. Switching to 160, might help but mostly just mask the problem.

Here some dumb question.
1) did you check for a short in your system? I would check if you are not shorting the motor, you can easly check if there is a short using a continuity test with a meter.
2) You might have bad solder point. Can you describe to me how you solder your bullets and/or connectors. For example i solder my bullets with a small torch not a soldering iron. It heats the bullets and wire more evenly let the solder penetrate the wire better.

Those are very common issues easily overlooked causing overheating and ESC failures .

Also are you using the new black gear, if so did you reset your motor pinon. If you used to the white gears and then just put in the black gear they you will have extra load on the motor and wear on the gear.

a kid commented on my video and said
The SAME thing happened to me. Motor died and then spooled up again. It was most likely your fault like it was mine. I didn't watch the satellite and it did not start up properly, could be that you made the same mistake
i am new to spectrum someone gave me this tx and 700
i use to run with the hs at 2150 without any issues i think this 16 year old young man might be right.

Each color shows a bit of data. It's hard to read because you have them all on the screen at the same time. You can select the ones you want to view and then it's easy to read. There are some good tutoriales on youtube also

I would be concerned more with the numbers at the bottom of the screen
your max peak current reached was 124.1 amps your max temp was 140.7F

those are the numbers that concern me most. tells me if I'm overloading the esc.
if this was a 100 amp esc I would be concerned

after reviewing his log I would change to a smaller pinion by one tooth maybe
if he's using a flat throttle curve I would keep @ 100% in this case
he has a large V drop at 2200hs compared to 1800hs same for current spike
gear it to run 100% with 2000 HS

spending time, paying attention

i've never had a issue with my castle esc and i have 3 of them.

i think programing them properly is very important and i always
call castle on the phone when setting up my esc then i get recommendations from my friends.

i have a video where a 800 dollar jive went up in smoke due to the lipos.

i'd rather burn cheap if i'm gonna burn
and castle is the best a budget pilot can own
