Gota pretty good idea - : and it's got a conversion Gasser on it.

WHy ? Gone Flying ? What's wrong with just calling it da- plane ??

The guy that designed it - pretty sure was Joe Birdie "s.p."

It should be a great flyer

If I ponder long enough ?? Maybe : " a XLT "

Although it looks like it's been heavily modifed, it has alot of design ques of a Big Stik 60 (Great Planes) or an Ultra Stik 60 (Hangar 9).

Hard to say for sure though. It could be just a simple scratch build/one-off model. That airframe would not be hard to self-fabricate by any stretch of imagination. The flaps and large ailerons look as though they were a builder's mod as well. I used to do this alot when I built kit planes.

Pretty comfortable it's a Joe Birdi Design that is pretty tried and true maybe from the early 90's that carried all the way to current period with the advent of the larger motors.

Way earlier than what many are referring to the " original " Mid West - Models" Sweet Giant Stick. The Original daddy rabbit's

Maybe a Big B for Birdi or a XLT for Xtra Large Trainer;

Their is also a possibility it is a enlarged scratch design known as a
a " Long John " Those in the 40 and 60 sizes are legends for being a absolutely fun user friendly airplane and a pile of fun.

Their was a secret too them - I know it

Is it a question over intellectual property ??
