I bought the wrong shaft.

I installed an HP03T tail motor shaft instead of the proper main motor shaft in a wild brushless nano. I saw two shafts at the tmkarc1hobby site and didn't know which to order so I ordered both. It was a very happy accident that I installed the wrong one in a wild motor.

The stock motor shaft is 1.5mm only to the bearing. The shaft I used is 1.5mm all the way to the gear. I haven't bent this one in more than 500 crashes but I did break 6 CF main shafts, stripped teeth on 4 main gears and even bent an Xtreme (not Lynx) 1.5mm spindle. Pretty good, no?

This makes a very crash-worthy copter more crash-worthy. Boy, that's what I need.

I love to fly my little helicopters.
