yes,
there was a video of really nice guy flying with one arm, he did a demo flight on a turbine EC135 with multi blade head,
he had a peg in his mouth which was connected to his TX and was the pitch..

He explained the modification he did on TX, was very inspiring..

I am sure someone will put up the vid that was posted.

I'm not as bad as him! i had to learn how to use my hand again. At least i have a thumb almost didn't even have a hand it blew up they had to piece It back together i have about 15 20 percent motion back though. Better than nothing! Luckily i'm 22 they thought my hand wasn't gonna make it. I enjoy flying too!

Hey, I'm a thumb flyer too, but I would make it dumb-thumbs for me

Talk about taking on a challenge for improving manual dexterity. Good for you. Hope it keeps improving. Keep the joints moving!

Holy cow, that is one beat up bike.

You are one lucky dude to even to be able to write about that experience. I wish you all the best in your recovery. Keep twiddling those thumbs

I rode with a guy that was hit multiple times by people on cell phones.. He somehow survived all of them and i still see him riding to this day. I would like to ride one day again but the death rate is to high. I like 4 wheels it's much safer.
