Hey guys building the production models I have a couple of things that might help you.

When building the Torque Tube use JB Weld NOT CA, Be sure to offset the TT bearing just like the manual says.

Motor Pinion, and Main Gear Mesh, little to 0 slop if possible.

Put the Canopy Standoff's on the bottom of the Servo, This will keep the canopy from flexing into the main gear and rubbing.

0 Slop between crown gear and front drive gear

For those with bigger ESC's you can leave the front tray off and mount the ESC directly to the top on the battery Tray (Non Sliding Part)

Skid Screws need to be filed down after installed so you don't rip the shrink off tighter fitting batteries

Use some TRI-FLOW on the gears the first couple of flights to help the teeth "cut"

Vbar Users use the inner blade grip hole (closest to hub) this will ensure better vbar numbers

For the One Way Sleeve
*It is very important (critical) to clean and remove the protective oil on both the one way sleeve and the inside part of the metal hub before using “super glue” or the Loctite glue provided in the production kit to glue on the hub to that one way shaft (See page 9 of X3 manual for clear instructions about this and advise dealers/pilots).

Cleaning this properly before gluing is absolutely critical or the glue won’t work as well.

**The green glue in the small bottle is anaerobic glue, it will harden when there is absence of oxygen.

After gluing the one way sleeve and the metal hub together, one must let it dry for 1.5 hours and wipe off the excess glue on the outside.

(The excess glue on the outside is exposed to oxygen and won’t harden).

I did clean it with rubbing alcohol and let it setup over night, it was not enough, the Asian guys are saying scrape the shaft with a file to score it, and really use scotch bright to clean the inside of the hub....
