I need some help here guys. I sold a beastx unit to a member here and he and I are talking on the phone regarding the bind process. He has a Futaba Tx and from what he tells me a spektrum module with a spektrum sat rx. he has the sat adapter connected correctly but I am not a Futaba guy and dont know the bind process to do so. any help here?

sorry about that. the issue he is having is the bind process. Im not sure if he is to bind in the fasion of spektrum ( power on the rx with bind plug in , then hold down bind button on TX and power up) or something else?

DSMX OOOP's
I thought I read 7200... not sure if the stand along needs to be DSMX but worth a look...

Make sure he is using a DSMX satellite...

With those vid's he should be able to bind it to anything he wants!!!!

Good Luck

thanks guys! We were on the phone together and I was trying to envision what he was talking about. he told me it didnt bind , but what was happening was the sat did bind and went solid, but now the beatsx needs to be set to know what type of rx is being used, he needs to see a purple led in that menu (step 5 page 24)receiver type setup/ receiver type choice 5.1

Not needed with the BeastX.
DSM2 is fine.

You're thinking about the AR7200BX which is DSMX.

The regular BeastX is not a receiver.

I literally never use the word literally right.
