What heli is it?

You can lower the head speed, that will help.

First, you throttle curve, make your max setting 70 or so. Play around with it to find a head speed that isn't to slow but not as fast as the 450 will spool up, something like,0,25,50,70,70, or what works for you.

Sub Trims
Throttle            0
Elevator            D45
Gyro                0
Aileron R53
Rudder             R3
Pitch                 D60
Also your sub trims are way out of whack, to much sub trim, let's say over 25 clicks up or down means your head mechanically isnt setup right. I would go back to setup stage, disconnect 2 wires on your motor, turn on your tx,set subtrim to zero, plug your heli into the lipo and fix your mechanicals first, get them as close to 90 deg as possible. The better you have your mechanics setup right the better the heli flies, trust me,been there.

- Change your pitch curve.. change it to linear, 0-25-50-75-100 in your throttle up (stunt)mode. I use a 30-30-50-75-100 in normal.

- make your throttle curve for "stunt" a flat line, at whatever amount of throttle you desire. if you have ST1 and ST2, make them something different, like 80 for st1 and 100 for st2,(ex. 80-80-80-80-80 or 100-100-100-100-100) play with the settings until you get your desired head speed.

- Set your throttle for normal to be linear, like the pitch, 0-25-50-75-100.

- that swash mix may have something to do with it too, I don't mess with these settings, maybe someone else can chime in on that.

- +1 to Demetrius on the sub trim and mechanical settings, unless you are running a vbar, or some other flybarless controller that had you change these to get centered. My subtrims are everywhere, but you set them so the TX is zeroed to the FBL controller.
