I am another instance where I have issues with my Naza-M. I'm running FW 3.16. From what it seems alot of people had issues where theirs originally had worked fine however my brand new Naza has never worked properly. I have to switch into manual mode to regain control of my Hexa. Both GPS and Atti mode are completely useless. I have gone over the craft time and time again reassuring myself everything is perfect. I would return the Naza however I received my Naza through a trade in a sealed package never opened for the original owner was experiencing the same issues. At 1st I thought of it as a challenge for these are the types of things I like to tinker with and thought it was fun however my fun has quickly turned into anger and I'd like to just throw this thing in the trash however that's not really an option for me. It's ABSOLUTELY ABSURD that DJI has never even acknowledged there is a problem. What kind of BS company is this? I've been dealing with customer relations for years and this behavior on their part is 100% unacceptable. I'd love to know how we can gain their attention in a BIG way to get this issue resolved.

If anyone can direct me to where I can download the older firmware and Assistant that would be great.

Out of curiosity were you running a GoPro with the Naza? I may be wrong but I don't think you can downgrade firmware once you have upgraded it.

No, the Hexa is stripped down to bare essentials.

You can downgrade from 3.16. Just go to the DJI website, go to the Naza M, and there is under the downloadsection, the assistent software 3.14, after you downloaded that, you can install the 3.14 firmware via the assistent software.
Goodluck!

Most fly always are user induced.
Did you do an IMU calibration or GPS calibration?
