Darryl
Ordered a KDE 295kv for it so if you can set up the pulley ratio to match that it would be most excellent
Cheers

will pass that along to him
but here it is the clutch has 22 teeth
the pulley i am using has 40 teeth
the main drive hear has 115 and the lay shaft gear has 20
so ratio between lay shaft and main is 5.75
the ratio between motor/clutch and drive pulley is 1.8181
grand total gear ratio is 10.454
at 1000 rpm the tail rotor is at 5750 rpm

oh sorry i misunderstood,
you will have to cut that section off at the point it touches the center section.
one tip run a 10 mm drill bit into the shaft opening and make sure it penetrates the piece above where you need to cut,
this will give a good center to drill out to 12 mm
you can remove the cross wire by removing the screw that holds it in place 1.5 mm i think then press out the wire right at the top of the piece, then you should be able to fit into your lathe for cutting and boring of the hole
