suggestions on a new efficient motor?
Im running a trex 450 se with the align 430L motor and the align RCE-BL35G 35A ESC. The lipos im using are the thunder power g8 2250mah 45c/90c I want to change the motor to something more efficient. I hardly do any 3d. Any suggestions? My heli is converted to the se v2 except for esc and motor.

I want to change the motor to something more efficient. I hardly do any 3d. Any suggestions?
Put an 11T Pinion on there, if you don't have it on already. The lower headspeed will increase efficiency.

Your best bet was to stay 3S. Gearing would be your cheapest option.
