If you still haven't taken it to a machine shop, take it now. They can drill all the way through that, which will seperate the parts. Once they are separated, they can repair the threads by using a tap.. or by oversizing the hole, taping, and using a threaded insert to get it back to the correct size. It can still be saved..

when and if you get the thing out of the hub, remember to replace the bolt you use after a crash and/or a season. It won't be fatigued to the point of breaking on you if care is taken.
