Hi everyone,

I would like to invite you to the Silent Flyers Club fun fly near Mission Bay in San Diego California. The club will be hosting a weekend full of relaxed flying. All ELECTRIC helicopters and multi rotors are welcome. We will also host a technical workshop for anyone that need help with setting up their electric helicopters, flybarless systems, and multi rotors. Myself and several other pro pilots will be putting on demos as well as help anyone that would like a hand with their aircraft. Hope to see you guys soon.

Also, go to the website for more info @ http://www.sefsd.org/

This is going to be a small but fun event. The club is not charging a entry fee and wants to make the event memorable. There will be great flying, lots of technical support, competitions, and raffle prizes. Hope those that are coming can start posting and those that can't go, at least reach out to friends that may not know about the event.

Well, the HF event is WAAAAAY up in northern CA this year, so I predict many guys from SoCal can't / won't go that far...so this event might be a nice way to enjoy the weekend while your buddies are up north (-:

Use link below for the Club address.

The fun fly is next weekend and I'm excited. Steve Rogers is attending on behalf of Castle Creations. He is very knowledgeable about Castle Creations speed controllers and electric power systems.
I hope to see many old faces as well as many new ones at this event.

Best regards,

UPdate!

Jeff Fassbinder from Align USA will be attending as a sponsor of Our event. Thank you Jeff.

Also, HeliDirect has sponsored our event by donating raffle prizes.

Neutronics/Neu motors, Castle Creations, and Multi Rotor Systems will be hosting the event as well as sponsoring it.

We are going to have a fun little event this weekend so I'm hoping to see most of the SoCal pilots attend.

Attention and Note, the Dates on the flyer are incorrect. The San Diego Rotor Days over the Bay Event is this weekend Sat 12th & Sun 13th, just confirmed w/club prez. He said early event guests would be welcomed Friday (set-up day) but would be sharing the airspace w/fixed wing craft.

Also heard about some Multirotor events. Limbo, Altitude Estimation, Pylon racing. So bring along all your Multi's and some flying friends for a great weekend on the bay.

PS Weather forecast looks AWESOME.........
