Yes they can, you need to find a FBL head which will fit on your main shaft. Most all manufacturers sell FBL heads for their helis and as long as you get one the proper size for your main shaft then you should be good.

There are other companies that make fbl head assemblies (rjx comes-to mind) but in some cases new linkages and possibly other pieces need to be made (or changed) to keep geometry correct.

Yes. Go get an RJX 600 head. They're about $90. Once you have the head assembled and installed on the mainshaft, measure for the correct length for the links and order some 3mm titanium turnbuckles from Lunsford Racing.
