I updated the firmware to the new one and can't get my motors to arm or to get the gps to calibrate. I have a dji450 v1 with the gps and after update went in and redid the values and can't get the motors to arm or the gps to calibrate and get green lights. The MC is off when everything is plugged in and going thru the setup is that right?
Also just to let you know i had no issues before the update. Please any help from Dr. Tim, Sidney W or R. Hudson or anyone. Thanks Jay

Hey buddy i saw Hawaii was awesome great pics. I have run it about a dozen times thinking i did something wrong. So i will hook up with DJI or maybe Sidney W or Joel at IRCHA and see what we can see. I will have my laptop with me so it should work out. Thanks Jay

hmmm.... I've got all new v2 stuff and the system is not seeing my GPS. Can't get the motors to arm either.
Gonna give it another shot tonight and if no joy, I guess I'll have to bother somebody with a phone call.

It is very important to recalibrate the transmitter in the software before flying!

Thanks to the dji team
Cabojay - did you actually get help at the DJI booth at IRCHA?

My buddy and I walked over there for some help with his newly purchased F450 and NAZA V2 and we were QUICKLY advised to seek help from wherever we purchased the quad from!!

DJI said if the distributor could not help us, we could call into DJI Tech support....WHAT?? Why the hell are you guys even here then??

I thought that is was extremely rude how they handled our inquiry for help and even worse that they refused to help!!

Not impressed DJI!!!

DJI
I took my new quad with the Naza I bought at IRCHA down to the DJI booth and asked nicely if they could help me set it up through the computer. The Chinese guy down there took my quad and started shaking it at me asking "where I bought it?". Then I said a few tents down there why? He said well then you take it down there for setup.

Obviously zero customer service or personal skills in that booth. I hope I don't have to deal with that crap directly if something goes wrong with my Naza.

From what I understand they had no WIFI there so they could not set anyones system up. You have to Register the software first with your email address .. might have helped if they explained this first. I think most would have understood.

After having made several attempts to get assistance from DJI and doing a lot of reading about their service, I have come to the conclusion, like many others, that they are a sales organization and have little to no interest in customer service or hearing from their customers after the initial sale is made. It's a shame as I really like my DJI products. I don't think I will be purchasing anything else from them unless I see a change in their operations and attitudes.

Yes, there is wifi there. Used it all week while I was there. As a exhibitor they should have found this out before having a booth.

The lack of Customer Support has not been my experience. I heard that at IRCHA DJI tried to help a user set up a F550 for many hours. That does not strike me as a company that does not care about their consumers.
