That's right.

Your gyro is reversed.

You don't reverse the gyro with the radio...That is the rudder.
The two are completely different.

Just reverse the gyro on the heli.

Put the radio down and don't touch it.lol...

Now get the heli and reverse the gyro...The gyro is on the heli...The reverse switch is on the gyro.

There is NO gyro reverse in the radio...That is the rudder servo.
That has nothing to do with which direction the gyro makes corrections.

If it spins while spooling up...the GYRO is reversed and you CANNOT reverse it with the radio...You have to reverse the gyro and the only way to do that is on the GYRO.

Reverse the gyro with the switch on the gyro and THEN see if you need to change the gains...You won't know if the gain needs anything until it flies....There is no magic number to put in...it is different on every heli.

Reverse the gyro.

you have a reverse servo in the tx, that controls the servo to pitch the tail in the direction you want to fly, good, set it and done.

Next, you have a heading hold in the gyro where the tail will move opposite direction the tail being pushed, that's in the gyro, SEPARATE FROM THE TX.

Go in the gyro to set hh direction, move the boom to the right blades will deflect in that direction. Move the tail the other way and the blades will pitch in that direction, now you are set except how sensitive you want the hh to be.

good luck friend.

There should be a switch on the GYRO itself that says REV....Flick it the other way.

The rudder servo WILL NEVER stay centered with a heading hold gyro...That is NORMAL.
You have to set the left and right limits in the GYRO and it will center the servo itself...AGAIN,do not do anything in the radio.

You have a couple pretty advanced models...You need to do some reading about them and do some research...No offense meant by that.
