I am using 2 6-cell packs with my 120HV. When I plug the batteries into my 120HV I only get beeps 11 beeps, not 12 and will not complete the initialization.

One time when I waited about 60 seconds there was a lone (12th) beep and then it worked and I was able to fly my heli.

I checked the battery voltage and both were above 22 Volts and balanced/charged.

This is a brand new speed controller (less than 10 flights) installed on a Rush 750 with a Scorpion HKIII 4035-500 motor. I have a Castle Pro BEC and use EC5 connectors.

I did see the service advisory and my controller has the "new" decal indicating it was not impacted by the advisory.

Any ideas/help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Tim

If it took that long to initialize, I think I would send it back and get a new one.

Hi mate did you set your throttle end points in your radio when you first set it up as mine did the same thing and we worked it out to being the throttle end points were not set correctly.

Calibrate Your Throttle
As mentioned above, you need to set your end points.
There is a video on the CC site that will walk you through it.
Pretty sure that will get it going for you.

Thanks for the feedback. I had previously calibrated the throttle then cleared them when I changed gyro and didn't realize it.

All is running good now!
