I have really wanted to do a 500 size cobra, but for the fun of it, I have a 450 that building, with a 4 bladed head, no fuse yet, but I have to choose the 460 or a 500. I know there is no 450 size fuselage that is even remotely scale, but something small would be cool. Are 450 size heli's even remotely stable? Specially scale?

Try a 450 size Md500 fuselage. I have two and they fly large and stable. If this is your first scale They are easy and fun. You will not be sorry.

Jimmy, If it looks like a heli I like it.

Not my first scaler , I have everything for the 450 except the complete frame and no fuselage yet...but I came across a trex 500 for cheap, so my problem is do I go forward with the 450? Or jump on the 500?

One Option
Hi Greg,

I know that you already have the 450 mechanics, BUT, if you really want a good looking and flying Cobra, take a look at this package.. I am sure you could get it without the tx... I had one of these all decked out with lights and leds on the cannon and in the missle tubes.. it was a BLAST to fly... I think that the mini titan actually flies better then the rex 450... sorry I sold mine!!!
I know Rckfish on here had/has one and he really likes it too..
Just in case you haven't seen it...

Bigger is better. Get the 500 and don't look back.
