it will not work
Marcelo, That is because you have fitted a different fitting on the throttle shaft
With the stock one that screws on the end of the shaft, it comes all the way through the bace plate allowing for a straight rod (axis?) to the bottom mounted servo, not passing through the hole in the baseplate
It is a pity I did not take a photograph of the last installation, and I will not see that R22 for another 2 months

If you mean the black coupler, then the same thing will happen to it, it will burn a hole, the metal flexible one Vario 116/97) is the best to fit, if you fit it now, you will not have any trouble with it
Keep the black one you take off in your flight box, some one else may need one

It´s true!!

I changed it for the aluminium one!!
I will talk with the R22 own and ask him to buy the 116/97 coupler.
He needs to buy another things like the seats, panel etc
...and sorry...I forgot the word "rod" and use the "axis" instead. I don´t speak English very well.

Thank again
Marcelo

Marcelo, Do not apologise I do not speak English that well, and it is my first language
Speaking a foreign language is difficult, writing, that language is even harder, I found this when working in France over 4 years

I would sugest building and flying, before fitting all the scale bits, will make it easier to get to things if you need to adjust any thing

You will need 2 clamps with the metal coupler, the one supplied with the black pipe will not fit over the metal coupler

Peter

I will find the clamps at Vario?

Did you remember if the aluminium tail boom is flushed only with the first trapezoidal aluminium part or with the second one, too?
I´m asking you because the tube is flushed only with the first trapezoidal part (page 8 of the manual)but at the rear it´s protuding about 4mm from the tail cone.

Did you only glued the tail rotor holder (870/3) inside the cone or screwed it, too?

Thanks
Marcelo

Marcelo,

The clamps are SS 22mm from your hardware store

screwed it, too?
Yes use 2 self tapping, like the screws for the glazing, drill a small hole first to make it easy

Photo's
This is an R22 that I picked up recently, the tube is not fitted correct there should not be 4mm, it should be zero mm
The tube will protrude 4mm at the other end, this does not matter
