lubing the bushings is never a bad idea, what is a bad iddea is overlubing a small motor like this. To lube the bushings you literally need to get a pin, and put the oi on the pin, then touch the pin to the shaft of the motor. I do this for the tail and the main and the servo motors, and since I have started regualrily lubing I have yet to burn another motor after going through 4 on a MSRX inside of a month.
Lubing will not kill a motor, but filling a little motor with lube will, if your just dropping drops, even from the 'applicator', your practically filling the motor with lube.
They just take the SMALLEST amount of lube you can imagine, but it really does make a difference.
To the OP you Nano motor is likely toast, it happens, but try this on your next motor, youll get more life out of it, get some TriFlow, and a needle or pin, and just lube very sparingly, that is the key, have fun and good luck.
