A couple of months ago I sent skookum a 720 for evaluation and repair if necessary. It worked but would not connect to a PC. At first the e-mail communication was great and now one can't get an update on this unit. I sent the $20 for return shipping but have not received my 720.
I believe they have a good product but their support sucks. I will not purchase any more systems from them. Think about their support if you are considering their products.

I have always had excellent support from Skookum.

It could be that they had to replace your 720 with a new one. Currently the 720 is not available because they are upgrading to new and improved version with better sensors and other changes. More 720’s should be available any day. I suggest you email Skookum and ask them your status.

they had stated it had a bad chip that they had to order as it was not used anymore. This was early on in the communications with them via e-mail. They asked for the $20 for return shipping and that is when the communications stopped. I sent it the same day via paypal.
Now they do not reply to my e-mails? I do know customs can be a hold up but you think they rould at least inform me as to the status.

I have two skookum 360 in my junk box because of no reply from them. I did try them many times on the land line. Switched to Beastx, it works.
