Raptor E550 BNF or w/o receiver
Up for sale is my trusty Thunder Tiger Raptor E550. I have flown it for about 4 years and it has taken me from basic hover to advanced beginner (loops, rolls, inverted, stall turns, etc). It has NEVER BEEN CRASHED. I spent a lot of time perfecting each maneuver on a sim before trying it on a real helicopter. I also took my time and learned slowly. It is an exceptional trainer and very robust.

I am selling it as I would like to move up to a 700 size heli.

In the name of honesty, there is a small dent in the tail boom. I had the main blades too loose when I was first learning and after a flight, one of the blades hit it as the rotor spooled down. That was about 3 years ago and it has flown that way ever since. I was using wooden blades at that point and they have been retired.

I upgraded it to flybarless in order to improve wind resistance, increase agility, and mostly just try it out. Here is what I have into it and some extras that I will provide:

Kit/motor/ESC: $325
Castle Creations BEC: $25
Align 610 cyclic servos: $180
Futaba 9254 tail servo: $120
Beast X flybarless gyro (includes cables and USB stick for updates): $220
TracX (Compass) 600 flybarless rotor head: $150
Align Carbon fiber main and tail blades: $80
Extra motor pinions: ($15)

Total: Just over $1100

I would also throw in:

1. Original set of plastic tail blades (still fully functional, replaced about a week ago just to see if carbon blades would make a difference.)
2. full flybar head - ready to reinstall if needed or desired
3. Two 3s battery packs (good for hovering and light non-3D aerobatic flying) - use together to make 6s packs
4. Two 6S packs, same condition as above.
5. Full instructions for all the above.
6. Couple of small spare parts (two extra motor pinions and flybarless head dampers/washers).

Asking $600 for all the above. If you're a Futaba guy, I'll leave the 617 FASST receiver on it for another $50. I'll pay the shipping to the CONUS (tail will be removed) and the PayPal fees.

I will also sell everything minus servos and BeastX for $450 if you want to add your own electronics.
