Stretched 450?
I have my 450 running dfc and setup for 4s packs.

I have been considering stretching it to run 350-360mm blades.
What head speed are you guys running on your stretch setups?
What blades give the best performance in this size?

I would recommend moving to 6s if you want to stretch your 450. I have not stretched my 6s 450 but it would really be a nice upgrade.

Here is some info on 6s machines.

I have a few flights on the stretched 450.

Equipment:
Nano tech 4s 1800 mah
Turnigy 2218 3200kv 11 tooth pinion.
CC edge 50a esc gov mode
Tarot 345mm blades
Converted sport to TT V3
Dfc head
Tarot 480 boom
415m on cyclic
520 for the tail
61mm tail blades.

I run a 4 minute timer.
IU1 2500 rpm
IU2 2900 rpm

I am only using around 1000 mah a flight.
It is a blast to fly. I don't think I would want a stock 450 again. I am waiting on a set of SAB 350MM blades to try. Then I will try out the Edge SE 353mm blades.
