Well a sad part is I work with that moron. He is the type of guy who thinks he like a super genius. He also thinks people should mind their own business and not worry about what he does. Actions speak louder than words.

I am speechless. I expect that from children playing with each other (God only knows how I survived my childhood, BUT A FREAK'N PARENT?

I just don't know what to say. Other then he is a child himself, as he apparently doesn't understand right from wrong. I hope that little girl survives him.

Where's the mother?

What a cool dad. Most parents would say no, but he says yes. She will grow up with more confidence and less fear in her life.

In my opinion, unless there is purposefull harm done to the child, then this is no less dangerous than teaching your kid how to ride a bike and then letting them ride to school and ride around alone.

Too many baby coddlers in America who think they are the best parents ever and everyone should teach there children exactly like them.

wow again
Flys4Fun,, your statement is proof why your parents should have watch you more closely,

yes, I agree on teaching your kids to be independent, but lets be real here, as a father I can tell you a child's life is to important to be stupidly careless with, dead is dead, I know because my brother died 40 years ago (this month) at 17 for being stupidly careless

and, in the end no matter how or what you teach a child it will do what it wants, as we all do,, as my brother did at 17 when he stold my mother's car and died in it, he had no licence

my point about my brother,, is,, my brother (unlike this little girl) had the muture mind that could weigh the dangers while the little girl does not, so it IS up to the father to not do stupid thing that will indanger her life

I'm sorry if you don't see it that way

What is interesting about this forum (and I assume others) is that someone will post an incredible example of human stupidity, and within another post or two we'll find a supportive response.

With the regularity of an atomic clock.

So true. And in the end, that little girl will probably, in one form or another, suffer something even worse because of his poor parenting and judgement skills, or lack of.
