Decided to do away with the mixer arm setup on the Srimok N. Very pleased with te result. Great resolution and flies fantastically well.

Which model's arm did you use and what is the distance between arms from center of the ball to the other.

i've been wanting to do this for the longest time.
Seems like you used different grips altogether.
Care to share what grips are those? Stock KSM spindle?

Thanx!

It's a really easy mod. I used Avant Aurora grips with there rigidcore arms and smooth spindle. Standard .5mm shim 1 per side and that's it. I'll measure the distance for you but in the FBL unit gives better/more in the range numbers.

I have done 2 of these 1 with standard cyber hub and 1 with Dune hub. Dune runs 2mm lower than the low rider setup but with standard main shaft. All you need to do is run slightly longer bolts for the anti rotation arms.

Now this is brilliant.
I'm running the low rider setup, with the low rider main shaft.
Time to order me some Avant grips!

So it's the grips, arms and spindle from the aurora.
Those links from from avant too?

Thanx Maj, that's a sweet setup.

Your low rider links should be fine. I couldn't get any locally so used some X7 turnbuckles with Avant links. Use the Avant balls in the grip (supplied with the Arms) and a thick Avant link to the grip. Or use a Kasama ball on the grip just make sure correct distance. I swapped the swash pitch balls to Avant just to keep the rods the same both ends.

Me and my dumb hastiness, I ordered the avant grips, arms and spindle. Items came after 3 weeks, now I find out I need the 5mm main blade bushings for the grips as well. What a facepalm moment.
