You're pretty much stuck with ordering from Japan or other overseas stores, Quest Corporation took over the Kyosho stuff a few years back and really has no current presence in the US.

RC Heliworkz (rcheliworkz.com) still has a few parts, as does Heliproz. Nothing that looks to be too useful for a crash repair, but you might give them a buzz.
