I converted two of my Sceadu's to FBL using this controller. I love the controller but liked the FB "feel" better so I converted one of them back

I use one in my 450 also

As long as you have a well set up heli I can assure u that it will not do anything stupid

I have a good friend that flys The tarrot version which is the same controller on everything from a 450 up to a 700 electric

Simple setup with a laptop ..... and presets for every flying style ( I do recomend starting off in the beginner mode or f1 till you fly it. Then change to 3d or extreme)

U need the USB cable for the copter X unit (the tarot cable will not work)
Wow hobbies in calif. Has them
The software is available for download at
http://Www.ky-model.com/support.html

the instructions are there also

Another program u can use is located at http://fbl.net.nz/

Both are great and will walk you thru the setup. Once it is loaded open the program and click on setup to the right . Follow the directions for the 11 tabs at the top of the program . When you are done click finish . The the page will go back to the main screen . Click on beginner and then force update

it is the easiest setup I have ever done . It's fbl for dummies lol lol

make sure after you plug in the cable you find out what com port your computer assigned to it as you will have to set this in the software . The biggest complaint is that they can't get the unit to program and 99% of the time the com port is wrong . If you are connected the 3 red lights to the right will turn green

remember don't set it to 3d out of the box . Set it to beginner and fly it around . Then change it fc3 settings .... After that be careful as when u get to the 3d settings ............

let me know how it works out for u
