Andrew, Hmmmm there is something not right, the tial gear mesh with the main gear is allmost non adjustable. there should be no play between them. Are you sure that your tail wire drive is properly secured? You should have a perfect mesh of the gears between the main gear and the bevel tail gear drive. Also make sure your ESC is mounted away from your tail gyro. My heli behaved very eratic in the tail and I discovered that was a major issue. If you are still having trouble with it I would be glad to take a good look at it at mayday.
