I keep the smaller spare parts in plastic fishing tackle boxes. Depending on the helicopter/brand, I have an entire box dedicated to it, or a drawer.

The Compass parts have their own box, as I have nine Compass machines.
I have one box dedicated to Trex 450 parts.

The Kyosho, TT, Trex 600,Fusion parts, each have a drawer in one box.

Tail booms, main frames, landing gear, and other large parts are in one large box.
