Here's some more info on the setup. Align ds 410's, outrage tail servo that is discontinued but has same specs as the MKS mini tail servo, Futaba R6203sb on sbus with the castle ice 50 directly connected to it and not to the minivbar. So effectively the reciever power is sending the power to the minivbar instead of a direct power to it.

High Voltage just works better

That's not the best way to do it, power directly to the vbar is better. Try the pitch pumps suggested to see. But, I would not fly that vbar without getting an opinion direct from Mikado, just to be safe.
The log looks like you had a sustained event yet there are no indications of low voltage or loss of the sbus datastream. Seems to only be showing a heli making very erratic maneuvers. Nothing to indicate a problem in the vbar or RX. Servo going nuts maybe?

The Log you sent me shows that is not the right setup, a watchdog and a voltage drop to under 4.5 volts. Fix the issue I described in the pm first, we will test and move on to the vibes…..

Ah, that confirms it. It's a servo. Binding or erratic.
Make sure you have a power lead direct to the vbar, check out your servos and do the pitch pump test Nycatt recommended.

Gyro gain?
Do you have the gyro gain to the elevator and aileron inhibited?

Futaba radios, the 8FG, will allow you to input gain into the elevator and aileron. This will mess with most FBL units. Make sure it's off.

Just a thought.

My 450 was doing this once. After 4 back to back crashes right after rebuilds 1st time out the reason finally shewed itself. While I was setting up the head the last time an aileron servo locked up and died. Apparently it was slowly dying all along and would lock up about 1 minute into flight and lock out everything. I'd lose all servo function with nothing to do but hit throttle hold and watch it plummet to earth.

Have you tried some type of stress test on your servos? Maybe strap the heli down and run it through the motions at 40 to 50% throttle maybe less whatever you feel comfortable with.

If its fixed don't break it.
