What The FAUK was that Brau !
That was the worse packaging job I've ever seen, motor thrown in a USPS box, no tape on either end, no bubble wrap or even crumpled up newspaper, box arrived partially open with the motor spilling out and the motor is wider that the box !

sorry you were unhappy with the packing job. I guess the questions is what would you like to do about it. And was the motor damaged. If you are unhappy with your purchase I will refund it and u can send me the motor back.

I will but first I want the negative feedback removed. Then I will be more then happy to refund your money.

That is correct. I would like the negative feedback removed. Because you didn't make an attempt to get a hold of me about the damage. You just went straight to a negative post and negative feedback. Not how I would do business. Things get damaged in shipping and I accept that as my responsiblitly to whom ever I sell to and that is why I am willing to make the refund. But you need to do the right thing and remove the negative feed back and ship me the motor back. Then yes I will refund your money.

for all to see here is a copy of my conversations with skered53. I would also like to hear others opions on if they think I am handiling this wrong. I have aranged every thing in the order it happened since I noticed the negative feed back and negative post that was left on this add. my messages to him are in bold his responses are not.

Hi Skered53

dude that's not right to leave that kinda of feedback. I will say that maybe I am in the wrong for not putting extra packing in the box but when I put in the box it fit super tight. so I didn't think it would move around. And It did have tape. It was one of those flat rate boxes that has the self seling tape on it and have never had a problem with them coming up before. But I guess the most import question is was the motor allright. U should have contacted me first and we could have come to some kind of an arrangement.

Hi jhartsock3

Jason, I have no idea if the motor is OK, the fact that it was placed into a box that was not a wide as the motor tells me there was no crush proctetion for the can, it could be out of round for all I know > Closer inspection shows a nice flat spot on the edge of the can = tells me it was dropped onto concrete surface ( or some other type of rough surface )

Cheers, Derek

Hi Skered53

I wish you would have contacted me before leaving negative feedback like that with out even giving me a chance to rectify the situation. can you send me a pic of the damage. I will give you a refund of your money if it is. But would ask that you remove the negative feedback and send the motor back.

Hi jhartsock3
Actually, it's worth 30 bucks for me to leave the negative feedback there with pictures of the piece of crap you sent me ?

Hi Skered53

That is your choice. That is fine. But I will post all of Our conversations on the sales page to dispute that, I have not done any thing wrong. Things get damaged in shipping all the time, and I will admit that I could have done a better job packing it up. But I honestly thought that way I shipped it it would be fine. But I was wrong. So that is why I am offering you the refund.

That plus all the positive feedback I have should be enough to show that I am not trying to cheat anyone or you over 30 dollars I don't have a problem refunding the money. But Not till the motor is in my hand and the negative feedback is removed. If that is not acceptable to you then leave the feedback and keep the motor. Becasue I don't think I have asked for anything that is unreasonable.

All efforts to rectify the situation should be exhausted before any negative feedback is posted. This clearly was not followed. The buyer let his hot head get the best of him before even contacting the seller about the damage. That is not good business practice. You are right to ask that the negative feedback be removed. Just MY opinion.I feel more like I do now than I did when I got here.

To leave negative feedback without even giving a guy a chance to fix the problem is BAD FORM.....

This buyer is clearly just trying to get stuff for free. And you should NEVER refund until the item is returned to you first, otherwise you will not have the cash or the item!!!

All this over shipping damage......... REALLY!?

At this point I would just tell him to P - off!

Hi Skered53

Please record my username and NEVER buy anything from me, who needs buyers like you! accidents in shipping can happen. Get over it and move on, but dont blow up on a guys reputation over something so stupid, especially after he did the right thing and offered to make it right. I bet you are the type that walks around waiting to sue someone for something.........

I understand both parties reasoning to a certain degree. Isnt it the seller's responsibility to package and ship the item to the buyer in some form or fashion, so that during transit the item itself will not get damaged? The seller did not take the time to package item accordingly, which led to its damage during transit. So, if the seller was not willing to take the time to package item accordingly, why should the buyer take the time to workout the issue? It's only fair.

Negative or neutral feedback in this case, IMO is warranted. A seller should not threaten to hold out a refund due to negative feedback, that's not good business. If paid through PP, just open a claim and as a last resort, have PP decided.
When will we all see the thing that is so obvious but so oblivious.

motor was WIDER AROUND THAN THE BOX, no dunnage or bubble wrap in box , neither side of box taped, box arrived OPEN and motor had obviously fallen out. and he wants to blackmale me to remove a little negative feedback because he screwed up ?

So his on-line feed back goes from 100% to 99 % , Big Friggin deal, he doesn't want the truth out there ? ****ed up , man up and live with the consequences, not delete and or sweep under the rug.

Indi dude, post something I want and I'll attempt to buy it :-)

Cheers,
