KDE One-Way Bearing - UPDATE
I have tried many brands of one-way bearings over the last three years.

I thought I would try the KDE for the 600N. The springs are very tight and I was expecting a lot of drag in auto's like the Boca FC 12. Surprisingly, the KDE auto's great. Seems to give about another second at the bottom. The KDE has another advantage - it is actually a press fit in the Align hub being about 8 tenths larger OD than the Align.

Thumbs up for the KDE One-Way. Replace with a new shaft H60139A. I used the ubiquitous tri-flow. Since it is a press fit, loctite not necessary or advised. It goes off before the bearing is seated all the way.

EDIT: After about 100 autos, the KDE seems to be worn out and LOCKED UP. It has maybe 3 degrees of backlash before it engages. A sure sign of wear.
