Expo rate while inverted
I was out flying my new/used 130x trying to do some inverted hovering, I had the expo set at 45 and it was still hard for me to keep comfortably under control, while inverted. The area Im flying in around the house is not very large so if I have to bail out, cant be making wrong inputs going into trees and such. What I was wondering is, is it possible to set up a higher rate of expo, say when the stick is below mid stick. I know for the 3D pilots this would make no sense but for me and others that are trying to practice inverted I think it may help, if it is possible. I have an 11X radio. If it is not possible I guess i will just keep it tamed down til my brain and thumbs can coordinate together in an inverted train of thought.

slow down your headspeed, that should soften your controls. Try 75% curve would be my initial guess though I haven't tried it. Also make sure you are using the bullet blades.

45% expo is a lot and would make the controls feel weird IMO. where it'll have a very non-linear reaction to the controls. I'd reduce that expo and try reducing overall cyclic throw instead.

I had 50% expo on my nano cpx, and I was chasing the bird with the sticks, so I put it back down to either 25, or 30% much better. I did inverted with regular blades, need swop back the bullet ones and give it another try inverted hovering. I belive to much expo will have you chasing the bird.

With the expo at 50 I am able to maintain an inverted hover but not inverted Its also slow to react as well, that is what I was trying to get away from. I tried lowering the head speed, idle 1 is at 70, idle 2 is 75, normal I have a curve from 0 to 80, expo is 35 all around. With it set like this I'm able to practice inverted fairly well, pushing my limits trying to grow my skill level.
Have to say the 130 is a fun bird.
