Anyone into mustangs?
The past two days it has been pretty warm here in Indiana and I got the hot rod itch lately, I got out of them about a year agao after getting into helicopters, but I think its time I get another toy

this was my last project before I sold it and blew all the money on the helis lol

Stock motor,frames tied,lowered,4 wheel disk brakes. Odd color too. Sand beige. Only 97 made in 88 that color.

I bought a brand new one in 1979 and another in 86. Had the 86 for 5 years. Fun car, looked and sounded great but a little slow in stock form. 5th gear was useless.

Got rid of the shock towers and the unibody about 10 years ago. Full 2x3 14 guage steel tubular frame rails. Chrysler front suspension on a crossmember designed and built by me. Uses a Triumph TR7 manual rack and pinion steering unit. I narrowed the front suspension 7" and this was the narrowest Steering I could find. Upper A arms designed and fabricated by me. I narrowed the 9 1/4" rear end 22" and sent the axles to Moser for resplining.

I don't drive it much because the Triumph parts keep falling off!
