That is odd. I have never seen a bent carbon fiber rod.

If you need parts, try Amain hobbies. Micro heli has a hand full of upgrades. I think I saw a metal main shaft on there sight.

I've never seen a bent carbon rod. It's straight or it's broken.

What I have seen on the mcpx is the little screw that holds the rotor head on over tightened. This causes a bulge around the hole in the mainshaft that this screw goes into and cocks the rotor head block slightly. When spinning, it causes vibes and looks like the wobble of a bent mainshaft at very low rpm.

Try this... remove the little screw and the rotor head. Keep track of which way it came off. Take a small file to the mainshaft at the screw side of the hole to remove any bulge that might exist. Put the rotor head back on. When replacing the screw, put it in the hole on the other side of the rotor head block and tighten it just to snug. I usually put just a dot of thick CA on the tip of the screw before I put it in.

Do you have a photo of the bent CF rod?

If it's bent but not broken, it must be defective. The nice thing about carbon fiber main shafts is that if they bend without breaking, they bend right back to straight on their own. It really confuses me when I see after market steel main shafts. Why would anyone want one?
