Did anyone else catch the people off on the far side wearing black shirts and holding transmitters? Looked like they were doing the actual flying.

Those were all world class pilots, but as you can see, it was almost ugly!

Interesting to see how difficult it is for pro 3D pilots to be smooth and precise, and actually be in control.

They actually did quite a good job of explaining the danger and difficulty involved.

At 54 seconds in, the smaller gentleman asks "what, what does this spin... 700 what?" the man in black goes on to explain that "the main rotor does 2500 revolutions per minute. The rotors weigh a good 200 grams, and with a velocity of 700 kph at the wing tip, it works out that the impact is equal to being hit with a 700kg knife."

At 5:31, when the pilot in the middle brought it in for his hair cut, one of the guests yells out "oi! Que casi te sacaste el ojo!" (you nearly took out your eye!) the pilot turns around and says "no pasa nada"! (no biggie). Lmao.

Those numbers the guy gave were a tad exagerated, though that's not necessarily a bad thing. He should have simply said that the kinetic energy of the rotors is more than twice as much as a 9mm bullet, enough said.
