Here are a few things to check!
Does the linkage move freely, when it is not connected to the tail servo? Is it leading edge control or trailing edge on the tail blade grips? Are the bearings OK in the tail blade grips? Tail rotor blades traveling in the correct direction? Tail blades balanced? Torque tube or belt?

Check the hub on the tail rotor. Some times they can bend and cause enough vibration to cause what you are seeing. I had this on my 450 a year or so ago and it drove me crazy until I found it.

To check it, take it off the tail shaft and remove one tail blade. Put your driver into the screw/nut holding the grip and rotate the assembly while holding the hub with your fingers. If it's bent, you'll see the other grip moving laterally. There should be no side to side movement.

Good luck,
Bob

If it ain't broke, go fly some more!
