It is really tough to visit with Darrell and not come away with something "BIG"

I could swear I could here it calling my name... so it just had to come home with me...so we loaded it into the back of Paul's pickup and headed out on yet another adveture...

I spent about 2 hours cutting parts and pieces out, and it will probably take me a bit longer to "dress" each hole, but that is fine with me!!!!
All of the wood that you can see in the fuselage is set in while in the mold.. this certainly makes the build a LOT easier and accurate.. I still need to cut out the wood for the cockpit, but that is a pretty easy piece to add..also built in is the wood that you will use to tie the tail to the main body.. and with all the room inside this thing, it is no problem to get in to drill holes and all the good stuff either from the side or the top!!
Really looking forward to getting this baby in the air.. in the mean time, I am going to make up another post to see if I can find the "subject" heli that I want to do... I will be posting pic's as I make more progress on this one.. So, hope you enjoy the pic's. Stan

bigger is better
Now that you have that Monster in your hobbyshop you'll need more room so just send that 230 to me and I'll watch it for you.

Now what mechanics are you going to be putting into that thing?

Jeffrey:) (Love and Peace to all)

Mechanics
Darrell makes custom mechanics that will drop right into the top.. the only thing that will be in the rear bay will be a drive shaft just about in the scale location... the rest of the area will be completely open to detail till it hurts!!!
Oh and NO you can't have my 230!!!
