And how much do I owe you guys?

It WAS a great heli? Ha. How 'bout just "Stage 1"? Stage 2 will be the killer. I was the designer/mechanic. Someone else will be the paint and body.

Of the two real 47G photos I posted, which one do you prefer...blue or orange?

I like odd colors so I would def go,with the orange. If it was mine I'd probably make it an early nam scout helo...or possibly a Korea medevac bird.

Yellow Gets My Vote!!!!!
I am leaning towards the lighter brighter colors... these old eyes need all the help they can get!!!!

This is one beautifully built heli... the detail work is exceptional...
Don't know why this set up has not moved yet!!!!! Would be a great addition to anyone's fleet...

Good Luck with your sale....

Color
Thanks, Mr. Doorman. You know a thing or two about 47G's I do believe. I am talking with some people but no sale yet.

We must all be thinking alike. I like the darker, burnt-orange, weathered look. Exactly...easy to see in the darker colors. The example was an Italian aircraft. Also note the interior has some of the same color around the instrumentation and other important stuff. The rest is a medium gray. Or at least that's what I see anyway.

Joel's idea of a medevac lends it's way to side baskets which could be alternatively used to house the batteries and covered with supplies, boxes, tarps, etc. Then someone could do a mock engine. Hmmmm. Maybe that someone should be me. Ha. It's all good.

Bump for a nice ship.

Possible turbine conversion??? The 1:1 scale real deal is about to be back in production as a turbine with initial delivery in 2016. Only $850,000.
Scott’s – Bell 47, Inc. (SB47) became the talk of Heli Expo 2013 today with their announcement that they will return the Model 47 to production as a new turbine powered helicopter with the Rolls Royce RR300 engine...

47g Re-release
2Tall...I'll take TWO. How many zeroes was that? Ha. The full size turbine version sure will be more effcient but not sure about the sound. Call me old fashion.

Hi, I am very interested in purchasing your Vario 47G. I sold my Vario R22 and have regretted it ever since! You can look at my history and see that I am not wasting your time as I have bought and sold quite a few scale helis here My number is (209)485-3283, can you give me a call to discuss different pricing options? I fell out of the hobby and basically am starting from scratch. Heads up, I have about $2400.00 in thwe budget that I would prefer to stick too. Thanks !- Braun Gartin
