When I set my cyclic limit in the swash afr in the radio for 8 degrees cyclic the aleron and elavater values are below 50%. Right about 36% is this to low for the controller to have good resolution? Are ther different servo horn I can use to get the ball links closer to the center on the vibe?

Yes, smaller horn.

The following is a general rule for FBL systems, especially in conversions like yours.

You need to use much smaller servo wheels and arms until it yeilds close to 75 to 100% resolution on the fbl system.

I did that form my old Avant converted with a RJX head and worked well.

hope that helps
